The Five-Day Journey,

From Essence to Expression

Signal Craft is a five-day immersive cohort that helps regenerative leaders and creative founders clarify, align, and communicate the living essence of their work.

Each day follows the natural rhythm of Being to Having to Doing to Interacting to Return — a full cycle from listening to expression.

Day 1 — Being: Clarify Your Project’s Core

Every signal begins with stillness.
On the first day, we listen for what truly moves beneath your project, the human need it meets and the reason it exists.
Through guided reflection and object-sharing, you’ll identify the essence that gives your work coherence.
This is where clarity begins: not as a concept, but as a felt truth.

Practice: Needs-based mapping & value translation.
Outcome:
You’ll articulate your project’s core purpose and discover the needs it truly serves.

“Day One felt like remembering why I started — not marketing, but meaning.”

Day 2 — Having: Map Your Unique Assets

From essence, we move to evidence.
You’ll take inventory of your tangible, intangible, and relational assets, the skills, spaces, relationships, and stories already in your care.
This process shifts perspective from scarcity to sufficiency, transforming what you “own” into what you can
offer.
You’ll also explore your brand archetype to understand how your voice naturally expresses value.

Practice: Asset mapping & Archetype exercise.
Outcome:
A clear inventory of your project’s abundance and identity.

“I realized how much I already have — and how alive those resources are when seen together.”

Day 3 — Doing: Craft a Resonant Narrative

Story is the bridge between knowing and sharing.
Using the “Hero Meets Mentor” model, you’ll shape a narrative that centers your audience as the hero and your project as the guide.
Through this, your offering becomes a living dialogue — one that invites rather than persuades.
We’ll also explore symbols and moral language that keep your story grounded in truth and beauty.

Practice: Character sketching & Epiphany Bridge writing.

“My story finally sounded like me — and people could feel it.”

Day 4 — Interacting: Build Coherent Brand Bridges

Now that your signal is clear, it’s time to transmit it.
You’ll translate your story into meaningful communication tools — impact reports, media kits, glossary bridges, and calls to action that feel human.
This day is about creating materials that connect metrics to meaning, ensuring your project’s frequency is both
felt and understood.

Practice: CTA library & Glossary Bridge.
Outcome:
A full toolkit to express your project’s story across partners, funders, and community.

“For the first time, our communications matched the care behind our work.”

Day 5 — Return: Harvest the Boon

On the final day, we gather what’s been revealed.
You’ll assemble your
Impact Report and Mini Media Kit, distilling your message into a living document that can travel across networks, funders, and allies,,without losing its soul.
This is your “return with the boon”: the story, structure, and signal that continue to generate coherence long after the cohort ends.

Practice: Integration & Impact Report creation.
Outcome:
A polished, publishable artifact and a renewed confidence in your voice.

"I left not just with materials, but with a way of seeing my work as whole.”
